It's been in my mind for a long time and finally I decided that it's time to start. So I've been investing in real estate in Philadelphia for over 13 years now. I have my broker's license and I also have a property management company. So I have this experience and I'm ready to share with other people and help them help you to prevent mistakes or prevent problems that you can face by investing in the city of Philadelphia. So this podcast is not for someone who's looking to know how to be successful in real estate. This is not about successful success or it's not one of the shows where I will tell you how to get your first property or get give you some strategies or on how to invest. This is podcast for somebody who is already a landlord in the city of Philadelphia or looking to invest in the city of Philadelphia or an existing investor in the city of Philadelphia who just is looking for more information on the market, on the strategies and is specifically for our market or information on different areas, neighborhoods. You know how the city is. It's very block by block and you need to know each one to make a right decision So again, this is a show not about the success. This is a show to help you succeed in city of Philadelphia market by providing you with expert advice and information that you will need to either be a landlord in the city or just an investor in real estate. We will cover a variety of topics in this podcast, such as Philadelphia landlord laws, market trends, tenant screening, and and management strategies, property maintenance and efficiencies with that real estate technology and how you can use AI in your real estate investments and being a landlord in Philadelphia. We will have a variety of different guest speakers that will come to talk to you specifically about Philadelphia market. Speakers that we will invite, they will have experience in this market with maybe a few exceptions when we have a national speaker coming to you.
